Customer Service Representative, como responsable de otorgar asistencia a la cartera de clientes de la Agencia de Seguros de Auto, realizando actividades de collection, sales, customer service y resolver cualquier necesidad en su poliza de seguro de los clientes. Se requiere habilidad de comunicacion ( Ingles avanzado), capacidad de negociacion, habilidad matematica, conocimiento de manejo de pc y plataformas comunes. Persona entusiasta y con alto sentido de responsabilidad y expectativas de crecimiento.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: A partir de $11,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Incluye fines de semana
- Turno de 8 horas

Consideraciones ante el COVID-19:
Todos los colaboradores usan mascarilla y pasan por un protocolo de sanitizacion diariamente, se realiza periodicamente sanitizacion por nebulizacion de las areas de trabajo. Se proporcionan articulos de limpieza, desinfeccion y proteccion. ( Lysol,etc)
