**Trainee**:
Ontex is a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions for all generations. With a global team of around 7,500 employees, we develop, produce and distribute in about 100 countries through leading retailers and healthcare providers. Ontex was founded in Belgium in 1979 and is listed on Euronext Brussels.

To reinforce our Sustainability team we are looking for a Trainee.

Main responsibilities and key tasks:

- 1. Coordination of Ingredient Lists:

- Support in collecting, organizing and updating information on ingredients used in disposable hygiene products.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- 2. Confidential Information Management:

- Securely and confidentially manage data related to raw materials and their use in products.
- Ensure compliance with corporate privacy and information security policies.
- 3. Specialized Software Management:

- Provide support in the use of specialized tools and software for the management of raw material ingredients.
- Ensure that the platforms are updated with the required information.
- 4. Support in Area KPIs:

- Collaborate in activities related to the RMIF (Raw Material Information Form) Key Performance Indicator.

Jor requirements:

- Education: Graduating or recently graduated from a degree in Chemical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Engineering or related.
- Skills:

- Basic knowledge in database management and information analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with responsibility.
- Proactivity and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
- Languages: Advanced level of English (oral and written).
