**Job Summary**

The Master Planner is responsible for

creating and managing the master production schedule (MPS), ensuring that

production and inventory levels are aligned with customer demand while

optimizing manufacturing and procurement operations. The role requires a strong

understanding of MRP, supply chain management, and forecasting methods to

ensure that production processes run efficiently and effectively.

Master Scheduler will be responsible for**:

- Creating and releasing production orders,
- Monitoring production order progress,
- Material availability,
- Monitoring and maintaining a Kanban system,
- Managing vendors by placing orders,
- Performing negotiations and regularly reporting progress and issues
- Manufacturing planning, purchasing, and daily cycle count inventory reconciliations

Experiência y requisitos
- 4+ years of experience as a planner in manufacturing environment
- Education in planning and purchasing is a definite advantage.
- English Fluid
- Excell advanced.
- APICS (CPIM) experience
- Must be proficient in using** ERP systems**:

- ** Hands-on**experience in performing detailed planning of manufacturing
- Experience in lean manufacturing and/or six sigma is a definite plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to make decision
- Experience in defining or review planning processes is a definite plus
- Excellent communication skills
