**This position's location is only in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, due to client requirement to assist in a hybrid WFH scheme (2 at home and 3 at the office), so, it is NOT a remote role.**

**Solution Architect - UW**

**In this role, you will**:

- Define architecture frameworks, reference architectures and specific solution architectures
- Research on alternatives scenarios to design high level architecture solutions
- Solution design and documentation within Chubb standards, including Archimate
- Support detailed analysis activities on systems of records, digital technologies, cloud adoption and DevSecOps implementation.
- Enhance Chubb's KPIs and reporting methods for Enterprise Architecture
- Work closely with operation and business teams to help understand business needs, prioritize and transforming them into IT deliverables
- Lead design, execution and documentation of Proof of Concepts for new technologies
- Support identification and development of best practices / guidelines for IT architecture in LatAm,

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor's / Engineering IT Degree
- Field of Study: IT
- Language: Spanish, English
- Level: High level on English, ability to interact in video conferences and produce written material
- Working experience within retail or financial services industries.
- Experience in role: +5y
- Proficiency of at least one modern tech stack (Java Spring Boot or modern.Net preferred), being able to do code reviews and recommend patterns.
- Experience in enterprise / legacy middleware and B2B integration patterns (batch and online)
- Experience in cloud environments with PaaS solutions (Azure preferred)
- High level understanding of architecture modeling / concepts
- Experience evaluating / comparing technologies / products using both functional and non-functional requirements
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes and other containerization solutions
- Highly organized, possessing strong analytical abilities
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word required.
- Ability to interact well with various levels of the organization
- Ability to quickly learn project processes and their incorporation into the tools utilized.
