Team Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and business-savvy Marketing Manager to lead the communication efforts for our loans product across our channels. This role sits as the bridge between marketing and product, working hand-in-hand with the Loans Product Owners and key business stakeholders to understand communication needs and translate them into effective user-facing campaigns.
Role Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary marketing liaison for the loans product team, understanding business objectives and translating them into communication strategies.
- Collaborating closely with design and copy teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials that align with business goals and brand voice.
- Leading campaign planning, A/B testing, and performance analysis, proactively suggesting optimizations based on data-driven thinking, insights and results.
- Keeping a pulse on market trends, competitor communications, and user research to identify and implement best practices.
- Ensuring all messaging is clear, efficient, and aligned with PR, legal & regulatory standards and financial communication principles.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across product, risk, legal, and CX to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Managing timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to ensure structured and organized campaign execution.
- Proactively identifying communication gaps or inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Adapting quickly to shifting priorities, maintaining resilience, and focus under pressure.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of user communication strategies and owned channels
- Proven ability to turn business needs into creative, effective communication campaigns.
- Experience working with design and copy teams; ability to brief clearly and manage feedback loops.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking and A/B testing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of communication trends, competitor strategies, and user engagement insights.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Spanish & English
