Reporting to our Senior Account Manager you will create impact within our finance team**_._**

You'll contribute to the management of Jellyfish's incoming transactions, and forge relationships with customers. The primary focus is billing, you will ensure that all customer billing for Jellyfish clients is performed on time across all entities**.**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Support with the development of the billing objectives for Jellyfish.
- Ensure efficient billing processes across Jellyfish.
- Review/validate SAGE X3 billing for Jellyfish legal entities/region or clients/products to ensure accuracy and following client expectations.
- Where required process sales invoices for assigned legal entities/region or clients/products

**Qualifications**
- AAT LEVEL 2-3, CICM LEVEL 3, Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field. Qualified by experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in accounting, management principles and accounts receivable procedures.
- Skills using business solutions and bookkeeping software.
- You demonstrate empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- Experience using Google Sheets or Excel.
