**Responsibilities**: - Assist with solutions & implementations - Performs relatively complex and varied assignments - Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise - Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards - Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required **Qualifications**: - Previous relevant experience - Demonstrate ability to problem solve - Customer service skills - High attention to detail **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. **Requisitos**: - Escolaridad: Profesional universitario en áreas de negocio, ingenierías, matemáticas o afin - Experiência: Mínima de un año desarrollando procesamiento de datos - Experiência en el manejo de herramientas de Bussines Intelligence como Power BI, Tableau; QlikView, SAP Business Intelligence o Google Analytics - Excel intermedio - avanzado (preferentemente desarrollo de macros no gabadas) - Desarrollo de Share Points colaborativos - Experiência en el manejo de bases de datos como Postgres SQL, Oracle, MySQL o Access - Documentación de requerimientos - Creación, análisis y gestión de reportes automatizados **Responsabilidades**: - Análisis de información y procesamiento de datos comerciales - Desarrollo de tableros de control utilizando Power BI - Seguimiento de resultados y métricas - Abstracción, organización, normalización y limpieza de datos - Desarrollo de Modelos de datos para optimizar tiempos de procesamiento - Generación de reportes basados en información obtenida de análisis de datos - Crear y actualizar modelos estadísticos para generar proyecciones - Interpretación de resultados y búsqueda de patrones en el procesamiento de los datos - Experiência en visualización de datos - Capacidad de story telling para explicar los diferentes tableros a las áreas internas - **Job Family Group**: Decision Management - **Job Family**: Business Analysis - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
