At **Amigo Doctor**, we provide online medical services to the Hispanic community in the United States, with the purpose of improving their health in an accessible manner through warm, efficient, and Spanish-speaking service. The well-being of our patients is the most important aspect of our service. We are currently seeking a **Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

What are we looking for?
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in CRM and basic Excel
- Experience in customer service as a back office representative
- Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1)
- Availability to work on-site in the southern area of Mexico City

Activities:

- Follow up on customer service requests by contacting providers to provide a solution to the patient
- Update records with documents and/or reference files as needed and according to patient's requirements

Job Offer:

- Salary $12,000 net base
- Monday to Saturday 11am to 6pm
- Legal benefits
- Monthly food vouchers ($1,000)
