About the job
Development of seasonal merchandise assortments and ongoing analysis of sales by category and product type.
Management of merchandise financial plans and reconciliation with targets across cluster.
Provision of accurate monthly bottom-up sales and demand forecasts by country, channel, and product category.
Maintenance of monthly forecast accuracy targets and analysis of gaps and opportunities.
Close collaboration with local Sales team, support with key accounts, exclusive product requests and product recommendations for existing and new store openings.
Preparation of all product-related information required for Swarovski Days (presentations, product listings, pricing, retirements, etc).
Management of all merchandising and demand related processes within scope continually striving for improvement and optimization.
Building and nurturing a collaborative environment in a cross functional networked team.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Bachelor’s Degree or relative experience
5-8 years of experience in Merchandising and Planning
Strong analytical skills, ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
Detail oriented, analytical mindset, creative problem-solving ability, and exceptional attention to detail
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
