El Analista Senior de Planificación de la Demanda es responsable de la coordinación y ejecución de todas las actividades relacionadas con la
planificación de la demanda, convirtiendo la salida de los pedidos de los Clientes o la previsión de la demanda en requisitos de material para garantizar
la disponibilidad de la cantidad correcta en la fecha asertiva cuando sea necesario. El planificador necesita monitorear todos los níveles de inventario
para garantizar la entrega oportuna y mantener todas las métricas de rendimiento y lograr todos los objetivos comerciales.

**Responsabildiades**:

- Analiza la demanda, verifique la disponibilidad de stock de LATAM y cree requisiciones de material si es necesario.
- Responsable de la Verificación y cumplimiento de las fechas solicitadas y planifica la cadena de suministro para satisfacer la demanda y la solicitud del cliente.
- Verifica la acumulación de pedidos de compra para identificar la fecha de llegada inconsistente y tomar medidas para mejorarla.
- Asegurar los parámetros de planificación en el ERP: stock de seguridad, cantidad mínima de pedido, plazo de entrega de la compra...
- Crear acciones de inventario y apoyar la ejecución, asegurando los objetivos corporativos: ITO y nível de inventario.
- Responsable de mantener la precisión de la previsión de inventario y esté al tanto de los impactos.
- Informar estadísticas de inventario a la gerencia y sugerir mejoras al control de inventario.
- Responsable de la verificación del material y la exposición causados por la cancelación del pedido, la fluctuación de la demanda o la obsolescencia del producto.
- Controla el proceso de E&O, analice los impactos y defina el plan de cancelación.
- Crear y ejecutar un plan para alcanzar los KPI's.
- Búsqueda de mejoras en los procesos y automatización de actividades rutinarias.

**Requisitos**:

- Titulo en ingeniería, logística, gestion de inventarios o carrera afín
- 4+ años de experiência en planificación de materiales, gestión de inventario, compras o un puesto relacionado.
- Sólida Experiência manejando algún ERP. Ideal ORACLE/SAP.
- Inglés avanzado. Deseable || Portugues es un Plus
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, Excel y Power BI.
- Conocimientos de gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.Deseable Dominio de VBA macro y Power Query.
