As a **Human Resoucers Intern in Queretaro Plant **at **Kellogg**, **you will be responsible of Supporting the human resources team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes, and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.

Onboarding Project**: Contribute with creative proposal to design the plan for the first days in Queretaro Plant.

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in** Human Resources**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Student in Industrial Industrial Engineering, Management, or related.
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Excel
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Knowledge in certifications as ISO or NOMs
**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**
- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
