We are looking for a talented **TALENT ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE** to join our team specializing in **HUMAN RESOURCES** for our **CUMMINS** in **NUEVO LEÓN, MÉXICO**.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, including recruitment reporting, document control and compensation analysis.
- Coordination of the hiring process, from bid review to onboarding of new employees.
- Logistical management of recruitment initiatives such as apprentice and young talent programs.
- Assistance in recruiting events.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of internal human resources and recruiting policies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR systems.
- English communication skills (oral and written).
