We seek a Sr. ADAS Test/Validation Engineer to join our team. In this role you will:

- Own end-to-end system validation of software components related to ADAS
- Identify, document, and manage vehicle-level system test/validation requirements for in-house/supplier ECUs, focusing on ADAS
- Determine test strategies with collaboration between quality assurance, validation, development, and product teams
- Create/amend manual/automated test cases to perform system validation
- Support SQA processes and activities within functional areas
- Coordinate/communicate the rollout of new processes, quality metrics and tools
- Identify gaps and areas for improvements and drive to a solution
- Mentor and guide junior team members

**Qualifications**:

- BS in engineering and 4+ years of leading/owning the system validation of ADAS features
- 6+ Years of Automotive testing experience
- A minimum of 7-10 years with hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases supporting validation of large-scale programs & products.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Test case management Tool
- A proven track record of driving organizational change
- Experience using Agile/Scrum/Sprint methodology as well as waterfall methodology
- Experience with software development best practices
- Experience with languages like Python, C, C++ is a plus
- Willingness to work in/relocate to Bay Area California
