Job Summary
- The_ Material Planning Analyst _will be based in_ Guadalajara North. _Responsible for maintaining _materials/purchasingdata,_ supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate FCST, directly contact with the customer._
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- _ Lead material´s activities, responsible to support our CFT ensuring the ability of materials to achieve timely build._
- _ Communication with customer on supply chain issues, follow-up material requirements, analysis and elaboration of reports like clear to build report, What if scenarios, additional charges control & claim, E&O claim._
- _ Manage and control KPIs such as AP, MRB, excess & obsoletes, UPPVs, DRs and key process_ _indicators
- Assists_in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data. Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._
- _ Manage procurement / planning process for TLA & PCBA level, mix of independent and dependent demand_
- _ Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking._
- _ May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection._
- _ Challenges and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations._
- _ May support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning and scheduling._
- _ Where applicable, suggest_ _process/communication_improvements relative to metric tracking activities._

- _ Bilingual (Business English)._
- _ Knowledge in dependent demand and independent demand._
