Job Title: Demand Planner
Area: Demand Planning Department: Trade Marketing

1. Education and Experience
Education Bachelor´s degree in a related field such as supply chain management, business administration, economics, or statistics. Experience 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles.

2. Skills and Knowledge

English language - Advanced English written and spoken is critical.

Software - Proficiency in forecasting tools (Aera, Anaplan, Forecast Pro, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.) and connections within ERP (SAP) and other platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel data analytics, management, and visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
- Familiarity in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Knowledge
- Spirits industry familiarity and understanding of market dynamics.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process and how demand planning fits into it is vital.
- Demand forecasting techniques: statistical and collaborative.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling for forecasting purposes.
- Desirable proficiency in using advanced analytics tools and techniques for demand forecasting, such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of IBP/S&OP process and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand plans with production and inventory strategies.

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in a specialized tool, based mainly on historical behavior, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align demand plan with business objectives, and
continuously improving forecast accuracy and demand planning processes. By achieving these objectives, Demand Planner contributes to enhanced customer satisfaction, efficient supply chain
operations, and the overall financial health of the company.

5. Functions and Activities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Coordinate the effective participation of the different areas involved in the forecast creation process (marketing, trade marketing, finance) either through their participation in working meetings or by

providing information and analysis to help understand historical demand and project future demand.
- Incorporate sell out information into forecast analysis.
- Monitor demand throughout the month to detect abnormal behavior, understand it and be able to incorporate these events in the review and update of the sales forecast.
