Location:Guadalajara

**Propósito del puesto**:
Asegurar la correcta administración de los documentos y KPI´s del área de almacén mediante el seguimiento y análisis de información.

**Actividades**:

- Administración de servicios terceros
- Seguimiento y resguardo de los gastos y del presupuesto logística
- Asegurar actividades de cierre de mes. (Conciliaciones de inventarios e incidencias en facturación.)
- Solicitudes de papelería, EPP, etc.
- Control de facturas y pago a proveedores.

**Requisitos**:

- Educacion: Ingenieria Industrial, Mecanica, Administración de empresas o carrera afín.
- Capacidad de analisis de datos.
- Administración de información - administración financiera.
- Habilidad para manejo de paqueteria office (Excel - Power Point)
- Habilidad de liderazgo
- Trabajo en equipo
- Autodesarrollo
- Conocimiento básico de administración de presupuesto de mantenimiento.
