**Manufacturing Engineer in GAC Mexicali**

**Unique Skills**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems and investigate defect causes.
- Tooling definition for manufacture improvement.
- Create work plan/BOM for new programs and sustaining.
- Create WOA´S and rework routines.
- Projects administration.
- Good understanding MEPS/GER's concepts and proficiency to elaborate visual aids (IWIs, AVs, etc).

**Education and Experience Requirements**:
Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

**Position Purpose**:
Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:

- Submit ECR's.
- Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs).
- Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI).
- Generate TMO's.
- MRR’s work plan.
- Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing.
- Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

- Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
- Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
- Desired assembly processes knowledge.
- Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
- English spoken and written (80% advanced).
- Catia V4 & V5.
- Smarteam.
- CAS/Solumina.
- Autocad.
- MS project.
- Power BI and additive manufacturing.
