**Technical Skill Set**:
An intermediate to senior DBA working with SQL is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex database systems. They ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable database architectures
- Implementing database backup and recovery strategies
- Monitoring database performance and optimizing queries
- Ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards
- Automating database maintenance tasks and procedures
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior DBAs
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate database solutions
- Staying up-to-date with emerging database technologies and best practices
- Other tasks as needed but not limited to release support
**Expert knowledge of**:
- .Net (C#), SQL, database management systems (specifically SQL), data modeling, query optimization, and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential.

- Strong and effective communication skills
