**Job Details**

**What will you do?**
- Lead KAIZEN events in the plan, may be on the assigned line or in another process.
- Implement project focused on productivity, causing impact in Cost Conversion KPI’s.
- Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program
- Analyze and improve process robustness on the manufacturing lines, proposing technology and advanced manufacturing methods.
- Training, organization and support of Value Stream Map activities.
- Coach Jr Engineers and Co-Ops to develop manufacturing skills.
- Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
- Active participation on LPA’s, and all audits related to maintain & improve Quality & Safety.
- Active participation on High Performance Teams, acting as guide & coach to IDL’s & DL’s.
- Follow-up to standardization of best practices
- Line balancing analysis & implementation of actions to improve.
- Root cause analysis using A3 tools.

**How will you do it?**
- Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation
- Tools for analysis and problem solving
- Time and movement studies
- Projects management
- Process mapping
- Environmental system 14001

**What we look for?**
- Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
- Advanced English
- Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Excel domain and power point
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
