Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic finance environment? WK Kellogg Co. is looking for a motivated **Accounts Payable Intern** to join our team in **Querétaro**. In this role, you’ll support key processes related to Supply Chain Suspense Account Reconciliation, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations.
**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Gaining a solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes through the Prime Revenue platform.
- Learning the end-to-end payment process and its impact on financial operations.
- Assisting in the reconciliation of bank transactions against payment proposals and accounts payable records.
- Supporting the clean-up and maintenance of suspense accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Passionate bachelor’s student majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Prior internship or relevant work experience in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
