We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our client

**Data Operations management with experience on**

Snowflake, Azure, Databricks platforms to deliver the following services.

**General Services**:

- Program management
- Application metrics
- Application onboarding

**Application/Platform Maintenance**:

- Routine maintenance i.e. upgrades
- Corrective maintenance - incident/problem/defect resolution
- Preventative maintenance - efficiency, reliability, and maintainability improvements

**Production Support**:

- Incident management - work on incidents as assigned
- Track, manage, and resolve incidents assigned to the queue for supported

**Applications**
- Incident trend analysis/analysis for incident root cause
- Problem identification and resolution
- Continuity - executing disaster recovery plans, population of plan information
- Create/update documentation, knowledge base articles, run books.
- Change ticket tasks, perform activities/validations, etc., as assigned
- Work on job failures/abends
- Identify root cause and suggest fixes.
- Engage development/engineering teams for complex production issues as needed.
- Perform shift handover and takeover activities from between locations.
- Suggest best practices, propose, and implement process improvements.

**Operations Support**
- Application/platform monitoring and event management
- Implementation/Deployment activities

**Service Requests**
- Work on service requests as assigned
- Work on releases and coordinate with development/engineering teams during release
