We're looking for a passionate, product-focused **SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (support), **who has creative ways, and curious about learning. We believe that working hard is a byproduct of loving what you do and not something that can be assured on a timesheet.

**Location: Mexico - Remote**

**Qualifications** we are looking for**:

- **5+ years of experience **within the **SuccessFactors** area (as a **consultant**, not end user).
- At least **3+ years of experience **with SAP SuccessFactors** Employee Central **module.
- **Active Certification** in Employee Central
- Experience with** Recruiting **and** Onboarding modules**:

- Advanced **English**:

- Experience handling more than 2/3 customers at the same time

**Nice to have**:

- SF-Time Management experience ( Time off and/ or time sheet)
- Additional SF certificates
- Experience with support tasks Important

**Soft Skills**:

- Proactivity
- Customer focus
- Result oriented

**You will**:

- Experience working with a remote, global team
- Get involved of the entire software development company life cycle
- Perform reviews.
- Opportunity to learn about technologies
- Take courses and certifications
- Collaborate with the entire engineering organization to realize our RBAC vision

**Your team will**:

- Make our RBAC vision a reality across the stack
- Develop and maintain critical systems related to Authentication and Authorization
