Overview:
THE ROLE:
The Sr. Manager, Digital Data & Insights is responsible for executing and refining digital product activation strategies directly under the guidance of the Director, Digital Commercial Realization & Operations. The role will be responsible for data governance, providing timely & accurate tracking & insights, highlighting potential opportunity & supporting the Director, Digital Commercial Realization & Operations with the necessary data to validate business cases, projecting digital trends & benchmarking performance versus competitors & industry standards. This role will be fundamental in driving the next evolution of the Data & Analytics transformation by creating, executing, and leading a compelling strategy around Digital Data Architecture, Data Governance and Data Quality.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Develop and maintain robust analytics frameworks to capture and analyze data across various digital platforms.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for enhancing digital strategy and operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into digital product development and marketing strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for digital operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and digital technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
- Carry out deep-dive analyses on how users behave on our digital products using Decibel, Adobe analytics and our CRM platform to identify opportunities for experience enhancements that will enable us to meet our digital adoption targets.
- Carry out analysis of marketing channel performance and attribution of customer journeys to guide recommendations on optimizing marketing spends, to improve ROI and drive down CPAs.

Job Qualifications:
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Creative and strategic thinker with proven significant experience within a digital analytics leadership role, including direct line management of analysts.
- Excellent stakeholder management with experience and ability to influence decisions. Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Subject matter expertise in tag management solutions - using tools like Tealium and Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Ensighten.
- Strong skills with web analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Snowplow Analytics, AT Internet. Understanding and proven experience of auditing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe analytics is essential.
- Experience with SQL, DBT, Python would be beneficial although not essential.
- Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Advanced in English.
- Strong cross functional leadership skills to work with:
- IT Department to ensure infrastructure supports advanced data analytics capabilities.
- Marketing Department to collaborate on leveraging insights for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Operations Team to Integrate data-driven insights to streamline digital operations.
- Finance Department to provide data for financial planning and performance analysis.
Education: Engineering, Marketing, Consumer’s Psychology. Degree educated in an associated field would be desirable.
