Amer Sports is looking for a **ServiceNow CMDB Administrator** to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our **Configuration Management Database (CMDB)**. In this role, you will be responsible for **configuring and maintaining the CMDB**, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that configuration items (CIs) and their relationships are accurately represented. Your work will directly support **IT Service Management (ITSM) processes**, including **Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management**.

**What you will be doing**:

- ** CMDB Configuration & Maintenance**: Ensure accurate representation of **configuration items (CIs)** and their relationships within **ServiceNow CMDB**.
- ** Data Integrity & Compliance**: Conduct **regular audits** and reconciliation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- ** Process Development**: Define and enforce **CMDB policies, standards, and procedures** to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- ** Health Monitoring & Issue Resolution**: Track **CMDB health metrics**, address data quality issues, and ensure compliance with **ITSM processes**.
- ** Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with **Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management teams** to ensure CMDB integration.
- ** Training & Support**: Provide guidance and training to end-users on **CMDB best practices** and related processes.
- ** Enhancements & Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate and implement **new CMDB features and tools** to improve efficiency.
- ** Industry Best Practices**: Stay updated with trends and advancements in **ServiceNow CMDB management** and **IT Service Management (ITSM)**.
- ** Documentation & Standards**: Maintain and update CMDB-related documentation, including **CI models, relationships, and data dictionaries**.

**What you need to succeed**:

- ** 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM**, with a focus on **CMDB administration**.
- Strong **understanding of ITSM processes**, including **Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management**.
- Proven experience in **maintaining CMDB data integrity** and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- ** ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 certification** is preferred.
- Experience with **CMDB automation, integrations, and reporting tools** is a plus.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- ** Strong organizational and problem-solving skills** with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent **collaboration, customer service, and communication skills**.
- ** Fluent English communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- ** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field**, or equivalent experience.
