**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Geographic Scope**:Colombia and Central America

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Supervise and reviews Application Landscape.
- Supervise Service Performance against the SLAs and OLAs.
- Support any actions required to maintain or improve Service Levels
- Acts as co-ordination point for changes to Service Levels required.
- Support the regular performance review process with both the IT Customer and Service Provider which covers:

- Review outstanding actions from previous Reviews.
- Current Performance
- Capacity of planning
- Business release management, patch management and audit requirements
- Appropriate actions to maintain / improve Service Levels.
- Support troubleshooting
- Ensures that appropriate changes are assessed for their impact on service levels.
- Accommodating Service Improvement Plans
- Leading initiatives related to Applications renewal components.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University graduates from careers related to IDT: Mechatronics, Digital Transformation, Management Technologies, Management Systems or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
- Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction
- Communication skills (Spanish and English): oral, written, presentation.
- ITIL knowledge
- Global mobility
