**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**

Responsible for leading Digital Shopper Marketing Initiatives, to drive revenue growth through new digital channels. Ensuring conversion and connected from Media to Shelf shopper journey. Special focus on how to drive volume and loyalty to our e-customers, improving E2E user experience.

**Your Impact**

As Digital Shopper MKT Specialist your responsibilities would consist of:

- Develop and execute a robust online sales strategy aligned with shopper and channels needs
- Develop insights based in shopper digital needs (Identify target markets, customer segments)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize online process (BCC-Ecomm-Mi Negocio) and with marketing teams to align digital campaigns with key seasonalities
- Support the deployment of WCCE process & JBP for Key E-retailers
- Cultivate strong knowledge of B2B - Mi Negocio pepsico app
- to develop mkt experiencies and increase conversion in this new sales model
- Lead main seasonality across LATAM focus on Ecomm opportunities: Special moments
- Leverage data analytics to personalize online interactions (Retail Media - Mi Negocio Data)
