**Your Role: Legal Counsel - LATAM**
Based in **México**, you will play a key role in supporting Traffic Tech’s legal operations across Latin America. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer in Montreal, you’ll be responsible for legal support in litigation, compliance, contracts, and corporate matters while working closely with external counsels in the region.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Draft and review contracts (customer, carrier, leases, etc.)- Support corporate filings, registrations, licenses- Advise on compliance, HR, insurance, and claims topics- Provide legal opinions (employment, liability, cargo claims, etc.)- Coordinate with external LATAM counsel- Support legal needs in other countries where we operate

**What You Bring**:
- Law degree and 2+ years’ experience as Legal Counsel**Fluent in English and Spanish** (spoken and written)- Autonomous, proactive, great communicator- Strong negotiation and legal risk management skills- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus

- ️ **Tu rol: Abogado/a Corporativo/a - LATAM**

Desde nuestras oficinas en **México**, serás pieza clave en el soporte legal de nuestras operaciones en América Latina. Reportarás directamente al Chief Legal Officer en Montreal y estarás a cargo de temas legales como litigios, cumplimiento normativo, contratos y asuntos corporativos, así como la coordinación con abogados externos en la región.

**Responsabilidades principales**:
- Redactar y revisar contratos (clientes, transportistas, arrendamientos, etc.)- Apoyar trámites corporativos, registros y licencias- Asesorar en temas de cumplimiento, seguros, recursos humanos y reclamaciones- Emitir conceptos jurídicos (laborales, responsabilidad, reclamaciones de carga, etc.)- Coordinar con abogados externos en países LATAM- Brindar soporte legal a otros países donde opera Traffic Tech

**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en derecho y al menos 2 años de experiência como asesor legal- Dominio de **inglés y español** (oral y escrito)- Perfil autónomo, proactivo y con excelentes habilidades de comunicación- Fuertes capacidades de negociación y gestión de riesgos legales- Experiência en transporte/logística es una ventaja
