Wedding Planner

A wedding planner is a professional who assists couples in planning and organizing their wedding ceremonies and related events. The role of a wedding planner is multifaceted, involving coordination, creativity, and excellent organizational skills; communication and team work are their main quality **Assigned Missions**: - Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.Customer follow-up: proposals, establishing contacts, budget preparation. - Develop a detailed timeline for the wedding day, outlining when each activity or event will take place. - Liaison with service providers (dates, prices, contracts, information, etc.). - Design of spaces and ideas for events working with our designer - Recommend suitable vendors working with the supply manager - Monitoring of production before, during, and after the wedding. - Be present on the wedding day to ensure that all elements run smoothly according to the established plan. - Manage the flow of events and address any last-minute issues. - Handle unexpected challenges with composure and find creative solutions. - Anticipate potential issues and implement contingency plans. - Additional missions (filing, prospecting, follow-up). **Desired Profile**: - Education > Bac+ ¾ (preferably in events, tourism but not mandatory). - Rigor, autonomy, dynamism, and responsiveness, team spirit. - Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone ease, and good writing skills. - Mastery of office tools: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Suite Office (Excel, PWP, Word). - Linguistic competence:English: the majority of our clients are English-speaking, so you will need to interact with them in writing and by phone. Spanish: Some of our service providers only speak Spanish, and you will be required to communicate with them in writing and by phone. Additionally, for greater convenience in day-to-day activities, we recommend having some knowledge of Spanish to easily adapt and evolve within Tulum. **Driving License B required** A successful wedding planner combines creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to bring a couple's dream wedding to life while managing the practical aspects of the planning process. **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Commission **Salary**: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Ability to Commute: - 77760, Tulum, QRoo.
