This is a hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis Lead a regional team responsible for reducing Warranty Excess Expense through developing and/or utilizing defined processes and tools. Leads Innovation projects for the service lane and the service shop - Collaborate with dealership and other business partners to attain business goals. Identify potential risks and take necessary corrective actions. Understand GM's goals and strategies relating to overall business, brands and service. - Achieve budget goals.
