In addition to reporting to the Americas Raw Materials Senior Manager and working with your peers in Americas Procurement team you will be responsible for the Extenders Category. Category responsibilities include sourcing current and new raw materials while considering main formulas requirements, quantity, quality, delivery, and cost. You will deploy the global strategy in your region and additionally will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiations, quality and delivery performance, and new product/new supplier onboarding in the Americas Region. The direct spend responsibility will be around $150MM annually.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver Cost savings targets and EBIT expansion. Additional KPI include working capital improvement and cost avoidance.
- Sourcing Strategy Application in line with Global Category strategy
- Single Source Reduction
- Category Management Excellence
- Supplier development
- Increased Supply Assurance
