We are seeking a **Production Manager** with experience in the paper and corrugated cardboard industry to lead and coordinate the operations team on the shop floor. This role is responsible for meeting daily targets in safety, quality, efficiency, and service, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily production operations
- Ensure a safe work environment for all plant personnel
- Guarantee product quality and compliance with standards
- Implement and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives
- Meet production goals and delivery timelines
- Lead, develop, and evaluate production staff
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IIS, IIA, IME, IMA, IQA or related)
- Experience in a similar production leadership role
- Experience managing unionized personnel
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9000, 5S, JIT
- Previous experience in the paper, cardboard, or corrugated industry is highly desirable
- Conversational English is required (spoken and written)
