We are looking for a **Salesforce Tech Lead **to join our IT team. The individual should be highly collaborative, have strong initiative, drive change, and take ownership of their work.

A Day In The Life Could Include:

- Must possess thorough knowledge about Salesforce capabilities
- Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations.
- Validate and sign-off technical requirements
- Responsible for design and code review, and release management
- Understand key SFDC architecture concepts and influence design for requirements.

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

- Experience in end to end project implementations.
- Several Salesforce implementation projects involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or multi-locale deployment
- Excellent knowledge of integration design and development of best practices, governor limits, code reviews
- Experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- Expertise in mocking, unit testing and perf testing of solutions
- Experience in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST-based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge on BPM (Business process management) tools ex: ADO,JIRA etc.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
