**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The SAP Process Orchestration Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for timely delivery of high-quality reliable and cost-effective integration solutions for the PepsiCo Global Template and subsequent Enterprise Solutions SAP projects. This involves providing 24x7 support for integration technologies including SAP PO and SAP CI IS. In addition, the SAP PO support analyst will be responsible for coding break fixes, enhancements, and new interfaces based on business requirements. Furthermore, the Senior Support Analyst will be required to conduct design and QA reviews for interfaces crafted by our vendor partners to ensure strict adherence to PepsiCo's global development standards**.**
**Your Impact**
As **SAP Process Orchestration Senior Support Analyst** your scope would consist of:
- Provide 24x7 support for integration technologies including SAP PO and SAP CI IS
- Drive design and development initiatives for SAP PO and SAP CI IS interfaces
- Accountable for Quality Assurance of code/technical design reviews for junior developers
- Partner closely with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources.
- Provides Technical cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare support
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
**Experience required**:
- 5+ year of hands on experience with SAP PO and/or SAP CI integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Bachelor's degree required in information technology or other technically focused field
- Proficient in SLD and various SAP PI system administration configurations
- Full lifecycle experience surrounding interfaces development - Requirements, Design, Data Mapping & Transformations, Development, Testing, Deployment and Production Support
- Provide functional and technical leadership on interface development work throughout the lifecycle, including post deployment production support
- Strong Experience with Web Service development and SOA.
- Knowledge of XSLT is a plus
- Exposure to the latest HANA Integration tools like SLT and SDI is a plus
- SAP BODS and SAP CI DS experience is also a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
- Strong team-player with proven experience and a willingness to take ownership of a topic and successfully bring it to completion, with strong leadership, with a pragmatic approach during emergency situations
- Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills
- Strong trouble shooting skills
