Description
**We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated**:
Handle employee documentation, including onboarding paperwork, contracts, and personnel files.
Manage the process of employee registrations, benefits administration, and personal file updates.
Track and support employee well-being initiatives, ensuring a high standard of workplace quality and benefits management.
Assist in coordinating HR-related administrative processes, such as payroll support, leave requests, and compliance with company policies.
Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
Report directly to the Executive Corporate team, supporting corporate HR initiatives.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or personnel management.
Advanced English proficiency.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and HR management systems.
Availability for international travel.
On-site position (requires in-office presence.
