Develop, status, and analyze Manufacturing Master Schedules in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.

Optimize sequence of operations and work flow.

Create crew plans to ensure resources are properly allocated and utilized effectively.

Create metrics to monitor schedule progress and help identify risk areas.

Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements.

Perform data analysis to establish shop metrics and tackle complex problems.

Provide Technical support and assistance to manufacturing and maintenance team members, production supervisors and production associates

Knowledge in ergonomics studies

Knowledge in head count productivity (Pillar Charts, Workload rebalance)

Knowledge in Value Stream Mapping

English speak and writing skills (medium level)

**Key Requeriments**:

- Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, along with experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in similar position
- English speak and writing skills (medium level)
- Knowledge & experience using AutoCAD
- Knowledge in ergonomics studies
- Knowledge in head count productivity (Pillar Charts, Workload rebalance)
- Knowledge in Value Stream Mapping
- Experience in Throughput improvement process (TIP)
- Work on site 100% of time M-F Availability of time

**Activities**:

- Work to improve efficiencies through waste elimination and process improvements.

- Cycle times studies and analysis
