Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

Be responsible for providing Logging While Drilling/Measurement While Drilling services from a remote location

As a Services Specialist - Technical Support, you will be responsible for:

- Leading technical support, configuration and monitoring of real-time data from well site systems.
- Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Working with Baker Hughes and customer groups to ensure service and information are fully aligned.
- Providing service deliverables to both internal and external customers.
- Working with well site engineers and customers in identifying and evaluating potential inefficiencies in drilling operation.
- Mentoring Remote Field Operations personnel.
- Providing high level of technical support to well site and office based customers.
- Recognizing and improve on process inefficiencies, trouble shoot systems and perform root cause analysis.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or colleague
- Be able to understand of common drilling practices across a wide range of environments
- Have attention to details and confidentiality.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills
- Display the ability to communicate professionally with customers and build relationships
- Have experience in one or more areas such as MWD/LWD, Directional Drilling, Surface Logging.
