We are looking for a person to be an** Fulfillment Intern **with customer service. Proactive and open to work on the open/pending tasks that will be assigned, either for office or personal support. A person with hotel/service background would work.

**Location: Monterrey - Remote**

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree student in Business, Administration, or Human Resources (preferably studying during evening hours, after 3th semester).
- Excellent English skills.
- Proactive and goal oriented.
- Active person.
- Microsoft Office knlowdege.

**You will**:

- Maintain up to date internal databases for tracking purposes.
- Provide follow-up to the account's new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding and provide visibility on status to management.
- Coordinate internally the fulfillment process of the account's open positions with the different locations Talent Acquisition teams, interviewers, and delivery managers.
- Support in administrative duties from fulfillment process.
