**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with **Machine Learning** and **Deep Learning** models, leveraging frameworks like **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, **Keras**, or similar.
- **Optimize and scale AI models**, ensuring performance and efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement AI algorithms and systems into end-to-end workflows.
- Develop and implement **AI pipelines** for data processing, model training, and deployment.
- Stay at the forefront of **AI and ML research**, integrating the latest methodologies and innovations into projects.
- **Troubleshoot, test, and validate** AI models, continuously improving accuracy and performance.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **2+ years of professional experience** working with **AI/ML** technologies, with a proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in **Python**, with experience using libraries like **TensorFlow**, **PyTorch**, **Scikit-Learn**, and **Pandas**.
- Expertise in **Natural Language Processing (NLP)**, **Computer Vision**, or other advanced AI techniques.
- Deep understanding of **data processing**, including feature engineering, data augmentation, and data pipelines.
- Experience in deploying and optimizing AI models on **cloud platforms** like **AWS**, **GCP**, or **Azure**.
- Experience with **CI/CD** practices and tools for deploying AI models.
- Strong understanding of **statistical methods** and **data science fundamentals**, including hypothesis testing, probability, and regression analysis.
- Proficient in **SQL** and experience with **NoSQL** databases like **MongoDB** or **Cassandra**.
- Familiarity with version control using **Git** and collaborative workflows.
- **Advanced English** communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
- Experience with **reinforcement learning**, **transfer learning**, or **GANs** (Generative Adversarial Networks).
- Familiarity with **cloud AI services** (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
- A background in **data engineering** and the ability to work with large-scale datasets.
- Contributions to **open-source AI projects** or active participation in the AI research community.
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in **Computer Science**, **AI**, or related fields.
