SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
IT Manager is responsible for coordinating the IT department in the company and will have staff under his control, must have knowledge of network maintenance, experience managing staff, and advanced industry knowledge. He will oversee watching for the proper functioning of the different IT systems and programs, He must organize user support so that requests are answered as quickly as possible. It will oversee giving support in the solution of technical support problems on hardware and software used in the company.

Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
Manage IT budget.
Attend local site floor and administrative meetings.
Attend IT Global meetings.
Responsible for coordinating projects at the design, technical and administrative level
Approves and coordinates payments of IT services.
Coordinate with IT global support groups on new policies, projects, and technologies implementation on site.
IT representative on local site for all IT areas.
Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
Continuously analyze the current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports when upgrades are necessary.
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware as well as manufacturing environment peripherals.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
10+ years experience in IT management
Experience with or knowledge of operating systems, MS Exchange, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SCCM, video conference systems, and other Windows-based systems, oracle, and network environments (Cisco, Meraki).
English language, fluency in oral and written expression.
