**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Define, develop and coordinate manufacturing sequence plan modifications and precedence diagrams based on engineering documentation.
- Provide technical support to composite manufacturing processes.
- You will implement and document work instructions to ensure accurate project cost estimating.
- You will document and promote modifications, standard practices and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
- You will participate and collaborate on continuous improvement, process optimization, cost reduction and product quality improvement projects.
- You will provide technical support to external suppliers to ensure compliance with customer defined technical requirements.
- You will maintain effective communication with the multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of the project.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have 2 or more years of experience in an aerospace or industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in a composite materials related position.
- You have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Administrative Engineering.
- You have knowledge of CAD tools (CATIA V5, TeamCenter)
- You have advanced knowledge of composite materials and their manufacturing processes (e.g. laminating, curing, trimming, painting).
- You have experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (graphics, pivot tables, VBA and macros) and PowerPoint.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have at least an intermediate level of English (B2).
