Job Details Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties Actively participate in projects with the Pull systems / VMI. Check that the arrival of machinery and equipment area within the conditions under which they were purchased or transferred from their place of origin. Coordinate Logistics providers direct shipments to the plant or external store. Coordinates the efforts of groups of warehouse, Import-Export, for timely receipt and delivery time of materials and equipment. Direct participation in the projects of transportation logistics. Ensure the timely and cost effective import and export of materials, equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, packaging, solvents, liquids, miscellaneous, and any material used to supply the manufacturing plant and shipments to other company plants. Locate the materials, machinery and equipment for the manufacturing of the product. Meet the internal labor regulations, internal policies, and requirements of the company. Must ensure compliance with all local and foreign regulations, Laws, and internal policies. Provides feedback to improve the import and export processes, the timely shipment, and special specifications about transferring and handling of materials. Responsible for compliance with the various obligations related to import and export processes. Responsible for optimizing cargo transportation. Responsible for the movement of shipments and arrivals within the SAP / ORACLE. Responsible for preparing the paperwork before the Ministry of Economy (Secretaría de Economía) such as IMMEX Program (Decree for the Promotion of the Manufacturing, Maquila and Export Service Industry), Complementaries and Certificates of origin, etc. Main liaison with broker and custom agents Expediting of Imports and Exports and maintains current information on Import/Export Tariffs, licenses and restrictions by U.S., Mexican and other Countries Customs Authorities. Responsible to process to obtain import export "Pedimentos" with local customs authories Preparation and processing of permits and licensing program to the various authorities for the import and export of materials.
