- Direct and coordinate its collaborators, to fully obtain the work orders of maintenance of different areas according to priorities and situations.
- Comply with and enforce the rules, procedures and work instructions related to the Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
1. It develops, negotiates, and manages the objectives and budgets of your department, as well as strategies and action plans to meet internal objectives, reviews the procedures and operating standards of the maintenance function.
2. Develop preventive maintenance plans
3. It oversees the operation of machinery and equipment to process new products or to facilitate the production of current products.
4. It analyzes current production processes, new product plans and negotiates on equipment needs and modifications with the Engineering, Quality and Production department, as well as oversees facilities or modifies machinery and equipment to new production processes or to assist in current production processes.
5. It formulates requisitions for machinery, equipment and tools, supervises the delivery and inspection of these purchases.
6. Analyze maintenance reports and statistics to plan, develop, recommend, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operation, minimize operating costs, and optimize material work and use.
7. Monitors the maintenance of ongoing services, such as: electricity, water, gas, etc., as well as air conditioning units.
8. Oversees building maintenance
9. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, developing, and acting as facilitator of your staff. You must also be responsible for managing the performance of the same.
