We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk Generalist and Advisory

Functions:

- Review and investigate “end to end” of identified processes, systems and procedures to identify gaps.
- Developing test scripts for testing/monitoring.
- Improves processes in business risk (Key risk indicators (KIs), losses, risk analysis).
- Analyze data offering suggestions for improvement, identifying areas of concerns to appropriate management, and assisting in identifying controls to mitigate potential loss or reputational risk.
- Ensure access controls such as access revalidation exercises are completed as required. (If applicable)
- Ensure user administration documentation, procedural manuals, and other documentation is developed and maintained as required.
- Support in special projects.

Requirements

Required skills:

- Background in financial/banking sector.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or equivalent experience (Financial Planning, CFA, Risk Management, or Audit designation preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or branch management related activity, risk management across business lines, compliance or audit activities
- Knowledge of Wealth and Personal Banking
- Experience working with international teams (desirable)
- Advanced written and oral English communication
- Advanced Excel skills
