**Purpose of the position**

In addition to the skills required by a Azure Developer Senior, and knowledge of skills required to provision, manage, monitor, and decommission cloud services, the role requires additional knowledge and experience around technologies and techniques for automating provision and management of infrastructure in a distributed environment through scripting.

**Principal responsibilities**
- You will also collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions meet the business requirements and follow the best practices.
- A desire to help people, and a strong sense of empathy for their needs.
- Be a good team player who works well in a 24/7 collaborative environment.
- Convert complex chat queries of customers to tickets when needed.
- Monitor and react to different abuse reports in close coordination with different teams.
- Assist “Team Leads” to develop and improve internal development tools and dashboards.
- Be able to cater to complex infrastructure issues and escalate them in a timely manner to Team leads if necessary.
- Be able to automate any procedure with the current operations that can save the time of the team.
- Be able to provide basic technical training to Juniors.

- Workload monitoring in the cloud.
- Managing resource consumption in the cloud.

**Required key skills**

**Mandatorio**
- BS/BE in Computer Science/Engineering or related field having 5+ years of relevant work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in.NET development using languages such as C#, ASP.NET, MVC,.Net WebAPI, etc
- Good experience with SQL Server
- Proficient in Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- 3+ years of experience developing REST based web services; good knowledge of SOA best practices, methodologies, and standards
- Azure certification (AZ-204, AZ-303, AZ-304, or equivalent)
- Working technical knowledge of in-house network, server, and platform operating systems.
- Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with running and maintaining scripting.
- Strong knowledge of network administration.
- Experience with data management.
- .Net mobile technology experience like Xamarin/MAUI.

**key skills - Preferencial**
- Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a highly available environment for PaaS/cloud service providers.
- Strong knowledge of basic web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
