**In this role, you will be delivering high quality, personalized customer service in a team based HR Shared Services environment. Key accountabilities include data management, transactional processing, and document management. This will include ongoing auditing, heavy involvement in validation processes and guidance to users as to how to use the system.** **.**

**You'll be involved in the following tasks**

**Receives and timely processes transactions in the HCM through case management system and inquiry management tools**

**Manages to Service Level Agreements for all assigned cases**

**Audits and validates documentation for new hires to ensure payroll accuracy**

**Cross trains in other areas of the team including timekeeping**

**Collaborates with the team and makes recommendations for process simplification that can enhance the customer experience or improve effectiveness**

**What do you need for this job**:
**High School diploma or equivalent**

**1-3** **Year’s experience in a Human Resources, with Shared Services environment experience preferred**

**English language skills both verbal and in writing. Additional language skills a plus**

**Previous experience with Kronos a plus**

**Ability to produce quality work within deadlines, in a structured, measurement-oriented environment**

**Be comfortable with technology and proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel**

**High integrity and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information**

**Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy**

**Flexibility to handle changing work demands**
