- Develop and execute initiatives that contribute to the development of ambassadors and the improvement of the culture and work environment.
- Responsibilities and functions
- 1. Participate in work environment measurement activities and follow up on improvement action plans- a. Monitoring on participation
- b. Reporting and results analysis
- c. Follow-up on actions with area managers
- 2. Creation, implementation, monitoring of development programs by competencies
- a. Nexus Program
- b. Face-to-face and online workshops
- 3. Coordinate the development program for leaders
- a. 360 evaluation
- b. Performance evaluations
- c. Psychometric assessments
- d. Results reports
- e. Development plans
- 4. Onboarding New Revenues
- a. Greet new recruits on the first day and guide them to the training room
- b. Help new recruits enter their credentials into their computer equipment to ensure they are functional to receive their induction.
- c. Conduct the company’s orientation course.
- 5. Follow up on the actions assigned to the area to reduce turnover and increase retention.
- a. Coordinate the retention committee meeting ensuring that those involved provide the necessary information on their staff at risk of turnover.
- c. Generate results reports and share them with the areas involved for follow-up.
- 6. Support in the organization and execution of events, celebrations and activities organized for the ambassadors.

Requirements**:

- Scholarship: University/College
- Languages: English (Advanced)
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Intermediate/upper) indispensable
- Experience: Training, conducting groups, leading company-level surveys, service oriented, attention to detail, communication skills
