**Position Overview**: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to manage and campaign Pivot Solutions, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a social media expert who is ready to take on a dedicated role, shaping our online presence and expanding our reach.

**Responsibilities of a Marketing Specialist**:

- **Campaign Planning**: Design digital advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.

**-Advertising Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.

**-Social Media Strategy**: Develop and manage content strategies for social media, including creating publication calendars, engagement campaigns, and community management.

**-Analysis and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and social media activities using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.

**-Budget Optimization**: Manage advertising budgets, maximizing ROI by optimizing campaigns and bidding strategies.

**-Content Creation**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually and verbally compelling content that resonates with our audience.

**-A/B Testing**: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ads and social media posts.

**-Social Profile Management**: Manage and optimize the brand's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.

**-Publishing Calendar**: Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent postings across all platforms.

**-Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analysis tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).

**-Analytical Abilities**: Ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate those analyses into effective actions.

**-Creativity**: Capability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and optimize campaigns.

**Requirements for a Marketing Specialist**:

- Strong expertise in managing and executing advertising campaigns, particularly in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Knowledgeable in Marketing Management, with hands-on experience in overseeing social media strategies and content.
- Experience as a Social Media Manager is a plus.
- Strong creative and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in social media and Marketing Specialist.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
