**What you'll do at Fall Creek**:
Dentro de Víveros Fall Creek el/la Supervisor Agrícola forma parte del departamento de Breeding y Applied Research y ayuda en las operaciones diarias del vívero ubicados en Tala, Jalisco, México.
**RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES DEL PUESTO**:

- Supervisión de las actividades del trabajador de vivero.
- Supervisión de proveedores y contratistas que estén laborando en el vivero.
- Dirige a los equipos de cosecha, plantación y deshierbe.
- Recolección de datos para proyectos de Breeding y Applied Research, tanto en vivero como en el laboratorio.
- Realizar lecturas rutinarias del PH y CE, tanto en el campo como en los invernaderos, y ajustar de acuerdo con la fertilización.
- Recoge muestras de hojas y suelo/sustrato, raíces para su análisis.
- Realizar inventarios.
- Responsable de la protección contra las heladas y el calor.
- Implementa y ejecuta el plan de fertilización.
- Implementa y ejecuta el plan de gestión de plagas, incluyendo todas las actividades de gestión relativas a los polinizadores.
- Coordina con los jefes de equipo, gerentes y otros departamentos la utilización de equipos e instalaciones.
- Gestiona la compra y recepción de suministros agrícolas, fertilizantes y otros productos químicos según sea necesario.
- Ayuda a elaborar y ajustar el programa de riego.
- Responsable de las plantaciones de campo y movimientos de plantas.
- Realiza inspecciones rutinarias del equipo e informa de cualquier problema al Farm Manager.

- Ing Agrícola, Innovación Agrícola, Desarrollo Sustentable y carreras afín.
- 3 años de experiência en un puesto de supervisor agrícola.
- Microsoft Office Suite y Fulcrum
- Coordinación de equipos de trabajo.
- Requiere comunicación oral y escrita efectiva con diferentes níveles de la organización.
- Idioma Inglés (deseable).
