Tasks
- To provide support and consultancy in topics related to cybersecurity.
- To maintain the local devices and networks protected from any cyberattack or risk both inside and outside the plant.
- The Local IT Cybersecurity Specialist has the task to support the location, to establish and drive Tire Cybersecurity according to all relevant policies and guidelines.
- To interpret cybersecurity and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate cybersecurity risks to relevant stakeholders ranging from business leaders to engineers.
- To monitor, track and report cybersecurity risks, compliance status and cybersecurity controls.
- To conduct and support cybersecurity operational tasks and activities.
- To support technical cybersecurity audits, tests and self-assessments.
- To support, review and approve cybersecurity related service requests.
- To collaborate with globally staffed IT cybersecurity community to continuously improve Cybersecurity.
- To collect and consolidate Tire Group Sector requirements towards local services.
- To raise awareness of cybersecurity topics & policies within IT Tires and general user community.
- Communication with supplier, vendors and suppliers.
- To evaluate and support selection of products and services.
- To participate in or lead Tire cybersecurity projects to implement new or improved solutions.
- To support IT projects in identification, assessment and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
- To participate in Group Sector Cybersecurity projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical degree.
- Experience: 3+ years demonstrated experience in the following:

- Knowledge in network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems and physical and virtual servers.
- Experience in performing system security network analysis on multiple networks
- English (Intermediate)
