Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Coach Product Performance quién liderará la planeación estartégica de producto de Performance de nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City. Esta persona será la responsable de crear la estrategia de producto (Running, Fitness and Fútbol) incluyendo la exhibición del producto para alcanzar objetivos anuales de venta y rentabilidad así como asegurar el crecimiento del negocio y la conexión con nuestros consumidores a través del producto. ¿En qué trabajarás? - Responsable creación estrategia producto (Running, Fitness and Fútbol) - Conocer su perfil de consumidor, zona de mercado y estrategias de la competencia. - Análisis de ventas por categorías - Asegurarse de que todos los miembros de staff y atletas entienden y mantienen los estándares de merchandising visual de toda la tienda - Responsable de ejecutar las estrategias y los diferentes servicios "agregados" dentro de tienda - Estrategia de comunicación de la marca hacia la comunidad. - Coordinar onboarding para todo el equipo. - Hacer resurtidos sobre los insights del Lead sobre los productos de personalización / limpieza - Analisis del sell thru de los materiales de personalización / limpieza, - Ejecutar estrategias de lanzamientos y conexiones elevadas con el consumidor. - Iniciativas de producto - Seguimiento de KPI's de productividad de tienda. - Mapeo de talento de su equipo. Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, la formación funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike - Conocimiento en área de deportes (Running, Fitness and Fútbol) así como de tecnologías de producto. - Elevar en la ejecución nuestros programa de servicio ¿Con quién trabajarás?
